Withdrawal or Time Off
We offer a year round program and require a notice by the 15th of the month to be dropped at the end of that month if you intend to withdraw a student from classes. If your student has not attended classes and has not paid by the 15th of the month, he/she will be dropped from classes and billed for that month. You may change classes or re-enroll in classes at any time based upon availability.
Make-Up Classes and Holidays
If your child misses a class for any reason or a holiday closure falls on your class day, you may schedule a make-up class. You will receive a make-up credit that expires 1 year from the date of your missed class in your account after your child's missed class. Make-up credits are valid while you are currently enrolled in the program and carry no monetary value. Make-ups are by reservation only and once they are scheduled, they cannot be rescheduled.
An annual registration fee of $40* reserves your child's place in class and includes a FREE Republic T-shirt (Get a leotard instead of a t-shirt for an additional $20). As long as you are enrolled as a current student, your registration fee will be billed to your account annually. *$40 1st Child, $30 2nd Child, $20 3rd Child+.
The regular rate of tuition is due between the 1st and the 10th of each month and can be paid via cash, check or credit card. You will receive a $5 discount off the regular rate of tuition if you enroll in our auto draft feature. Please note you will be responsible for a $5 late fee if tuition is not received by the 10th.
